Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost in transit or reported as stolen, please contact us immediately.
We will contact the shipping carrier to open an investigation. Our shipments are covered for lost packages. If the shipping carrier confirms the package as lost and grants us the refund, we will issue the refund to the customer.
The investigation process may take up to 90 days, depending on the carrier.
