Refund Processing

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit or reported as stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Our shipments are covered for lost packages. If the shipping carrier confirms the package as lost and grants the refund, we will issue the refund within up to 90 days from the date the claim process begins.
